A proven methodology, no surprises

5 phases with concrete deliverables and validation points between each one. Nothing advances without your approval. We work elbow to elbow with your internal team, and when the project ends, the system is yours, documented, transferred, and ready to run autonomously.

01 Audit and discovery

We analyze your current digital ecosystem: existing portals, brand guidelines, implied technical debt, and specific needs. We map what you have, what you lack, and what to prioritize.

Entregables → Current state report, existing component inventory, stakeholder map, prioritized backlog.

02 Foundations and tokens

We define the system foundation: color palette (with validated contrast ratios), typographic scale, spacing system, grid, breakpoints, and semantic variables. Everything documented and ready to implement.

Entregables → Design tokens in JSON/CSS/Figma format, foundations documentation, application guide.

03 Core components

We design and implement the library of essential components: typography, buttons, links, forms, cards, navigation, tables, alerts, modals. Each with its variants, states, and accessibility criteria.

Entregables → Figma library, functional HTML/CSS components or agreed framework, component-by-component documentation.

04 Patterns and templates

We combine components into complete page patterns: home, listings, detail, search, complex forms, private areas. We solve real use cases for your organization.

Entregables → Page templates, documented UX patterns, interaction flows.

05 Governance and transfer

We establish the governance model: roles, proposal and approval flows, versioning, changelog. We train your team and leave the system ready to function autonomously.
