01 Discovery & experience strategy

We analyse the current product, the reference market and the real behaviour of users. We run a heuristic audit and competitive benchmark. We define the product objectives, the experience map and the design principles that guide all subsequent decisions.

02 Architecture and design system

We design the information architecture, the critical flows and the interaction patterns. We build an operational design system with tokens, components and documented rules, built to scale with the product and maintain consistency across teams and products within the same company.

03 Prototyping and validation

We build high-fidelity navigable prototypes and validate them with moderated tests with real segment users. We iterate on critical hypotheses before committing any development hours. We support exploration and synthesis with generative AI to expand variants and accelerate qualitative analysis.

Generative AI tools produce functional interfaces quickly, and we integrate them into our flow when they add value. Companies that arrive with an AI-generated prototype are usually looking for exactly that layer of specialist judgment.

We work with scale-ups and mid-sized companies with their own digital product: B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, client portals and internal platforms. They are typically organisations with solid engineering teams that need to raise their product and design layer to compete in their market and open larger accounts.

It depends on scope, and we give honest ranges from the first conversation. A mid-size SaaS product redesign moves within a defined investment range, and a full discovery, system and validation project scales from there. We agree scope and price before starting, with transparent conditions throughout.

We embed with the internal team from discovery: joint working sessions, weekly reviews and documented decisions. In the hand-off phase we deliver specifications directly consumable by the development stack, with tokens in standard format and components ready for React, Vue, Next.js or React Native, as appropriate.
