The AI Diagnostic is a two-week process in which we analyse a company’s operations, identify where artificial intelligence can have real impact, and launch the first solutions. The result is a report of prioritised opportunities, a 12-month roadmap, and between two and three automations already active at the end.

For companies with 10 to 250 employees that want to integrate AI into their operations but don’t have a dedicated technical team. Companies that already use digital tools — CRM, email, analytics — but aren’t connected to each other or leveraging their potential.

Between four and six hours total over the course of two weeks. Working sessions with management and the operations team, and a final presentation. The analysis, prioritisation, and initial implementation are carried out by us.

The company decides how to continue. It can execute internally with the delivered roadmap, move forward with us towards full implementation, or work with any other team. All the work done remains in the client’s hands.
